Common Area Maintenance Request

This request is regarding circumstances in the common area such as structural damage, erosion, rodent activity, or plant overgrowth.

Please remember our landscape contractor reports only to our Landscape Maintenance Committee Chair. They have been instructed to only take orders from the Chairperson and will not deviate from their scheduled duties. They are not permitted to do landscaping chores on private property while they are working for CCN. If you require landscaping services on your private property and do not have a personal landscaper you may call the landscaper to set up a time for them to come back to assist you at your expense.
