Landscape Maintenance

What we do:
 

  • Advise the board on all matters that relate to the landscaping of our 47 acres of common area between the homes.

Why we do it:
 

  • Since common area maintenance costs are 82% of the annual operating budget we ensure that funds are used wisely.
  • To ensure our neighborhood is attractive, clean, and safe.

How we do it:

  • Choose the landscape company and negotiate the annual maintenance contract.
  • Establish priorities to guide the contractor’s efforts.
  • Monitor the contractor’s progress and quality of work.
  • Process and reply to common area maintenance requests from members.

Tu-Landscaping is our current contractor maintaining the common areas. They work an average of 2 days per week. Homeowners may contact the owner directly for landscape work on their own private property at their own expense:
