Governing Documents

These documents and policies provide the structure to protect the integrity of consistent appearance which enhances property values thereby ensuring quality of life for all our homeowners. The documents are consistent with applicable federal, state, and county mandates. The two main governing documents are the Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and the By-Laws.

CONDITIONS, COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS (CC&Rs):
The CC&Rs are a contract between the Association and its members and identify the obligations, duties and responsibilites of the Board of Directors, the committees, and you, the members. They are a legal document filed with Pima County, State of Arizona.

BY-LAWS: The By-Laws govern our Association. They cover the responsibilities and duties of the Board of Directors and the various committees.
