To comply with HUD Rules and Regulations for Retirement Communities we must determine for each household:
- If there is at least one person 55 years of age or older living in said household
- That there are no persons under 18 years of age living in said household
- Whether the property is used as a rental
You are required by Federal Law to answer the following questions and submit this form.
